Clean comfortable stylish at a bargain rate
Great place to stay rooms are on the smaller side, but have tons of style and are quaint. The property, rooms and main lobby are very stylish and cool. The room was extremely comfortable and nice. On one side of the motel you have old town San Diego and on the other side, it backs up to a long-term parking which we use when we go to Hawaii every six months…perfect location for us. We stay down there the night before we go to Hawaii and have a 30 second drive to the long-term parking and shuttle to the airport… perfect!

We had stayed at this hotel before, liked it, so booked again. Was not disappointed. Received a surprise upgrade to jacuzzi room as original room was across from pool which was being refurbished. Contractors working with jackhammer/drill. Front desk staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Included breakfast not awesome but had good, healthy choices and hard boiled eggs for protein. Pricing very reasonable, and close to restaurants, shopping and cruise ship terminal. Would definately stay here again.

Gem in the rough. Perfect for our family but outside of property on the way over to property were some homeless people-harmless. Would definitely stay again. Remodeled rooms, very clean.

Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable bed and room and everything worked well. Would stay again. Breakfast options are OK to good. Would have liked some cheese and meat options. Needed earplugs- but with them slept well. Very close to a homeless type transition shelter so some people roaming and high- use caution at night. Very close to free Flyer shuttle station to airport. Excellent shopping and dining and historic park within 10min walk.
