We booked three nights and left after one- something I have never done before. The only good points to this property were the staff- very friendly! Our room had no window that would open & the curtain only opened about 8 inches. Curtain on the door would not open at all. The only way for air flow was to leave the room door open. Room was very stuffy & dark. The grounds were gross! The ponds were full of scum, smelly & littered with garbage. Everything was covered in bird poop. The landscaping needs to be redone- just dirt & lots of dead & overgrown plants/trees & dead grass. Ducks all over & had to dodge poop on the walkways. Looking back to the site, there are no pictures of the property showing the terrible upkeep. The restaurant was sub par. Went to the pool & the pool bar was already closed for the day- at 3:00? The pool area was nice. Checked out prices at the spa- would have to remortgage my house to afford the services. $150 in resort & parking fees per night were added to our stay. No restaurants, stores, shopping near the property. We left and stayed at much nicer properties at much lower prices. We would not recommend staying at this property.

Loved that the bay was the backyard view. With the fire pit and beach right there was the best. And the fact that you could have dranks and food without leaving the property was priceless.

This is the kind of resort that you feel bad for leaving. I wish we booked less outside activities to enjoy all that the resort had to offer! Very family friendly, very clean, food also did not disappoint.

Great property for families! Theres so much to do, pool, beach, restaurants, bike riding! The room was clean although there were some minor issues in the room that are fixable. I will definitely come back here with my family. Def recommended picking the Bayside Bungalow.

The room was decent but the run was dirty with hair left behind. The bath tub drain was extremely slow, not sure if it was clogged. Iron was not working but they did replace it promptly. They keys to the room stopped working twice. The second time they had to replace the battery on the door, we were tired coming back to the room. So it was just inconvenient.

This was our first time staying at paradise point. We loved it and will be back. The rooms are a little dated but were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I gave cleanliness a 4 because we kept finding little spiders all over our room. Other than that it’s a really great resort and we didn’t leave much.
