I checked in on 12/8 and planned checkout on 12/21 in my booking. In the meantime I need to check out earlier than the planned due to business. So I went to front desk to ask if I can get refund if I leave days earlier than plan. after getting the answer "yes", I checked out the next day (12/15), and the front desk gentleman said the same "yes" that I can get the refund for the rest of the days not used. and he told me that I can ask for the refund to Hotels.com because I booked the Comfort Inn thru Hotels.com.
Then I talked to Hotels.com for the refund. Hotels.com they need to talk with the Comfort Inn manager. five days later, Hotels.com told me that the manager does not give me the refund.
I'm trying to talk to the manager for my refund, will escalate if the manager cannot give me refund.
The room was filthy, stain carpet, the bathroom bathtub didn’t drain as we were taking a bath. they refused to change our room even though I told them I was getting bad allergies at night and couldn’t sleep, they would say they were booked and we saw there were rooms available, they even told me to go somewhere else, very rude and the free breakfast was so bad that we rather pay to eat somewhere else. It is not worth it
The rooms were clean and we had no issues with check in. They had a small breakfast area that we used. The only bad thing was the bathroom has no fan and got stuffy & location was not really close to anything.
