The front desk service was amazing and they were all kind. Would have liked a fan to ventilat the restroom. And cleaner towels. Good thing we brought extras. But the breakfast was enjoyable. :)

Weekend Trip

When it is just a weekend trip to San Diego, you want a hotel that is not far from places you want to go and Surestay Hotel was just that. The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. I would definitely come back to Surestay on my next San Diego trip.

Property close to Pacific Beach, nice rooms. My only complaint was we were put in the room right in front of elevators. Staff at front desk could be a little more friendlier, smile, give eye contact.

Everyone was helpful and enjoyed breakfast included. Unfortunately during the night, two small brown bugs appeared in our restroom. Hard to say what bug it was. Then in the morning while getting ready there was one in our bedroom. Unsettling to know bugs are crawling on the floors at night. There’s a bug crack under the doors which isn’t helpful either
