I am beyond appalled and down right amazed that a grown Indian woman can lie to my face. This is regarding fictitious “damages” to which $30 out of my $100 cash deposit was taken, all a while delivering customer service in such a way that king tuts mummified remains still exude more enthusiasm and vigor than this middle aged grumpy monotone thief. Late check out, paying $20, no problem. I don’t mind. But to sit behind a desk and nonchalantly pull imaginary damages from thin air and btw she didn’t even specify what was wrong, she alluded to the maids complaining about “something, in Spanish” she didn’t understand but she went ahead and took $30 out before even telling me what it was for… then she concluded her thievery with a $50 placed ever so silently at the header of the receipt of…. 2 miscellaneous charges she so hesitantly printed after I let her know that I need documentation. Now doesn’t a legitimate business need document money in and out as per any law tax abiding business should…. Properly detailed and itemized? One could easily spend all day pocketing $30 from cash deposits under miscellaneous charges and never reporting anything..I say skip this place and find something accommodating and welcoming… this place is filthy. Floors are dirty, you can hear people through the walls. Even sounds of the sinks and showers running sounds like it’s coming from Inside your room. If I could go back and pay my deposit with card. I would.

Horrible experience at this motel. The TV didn't work and motel front desk clerk was very disrespectful and creepy. Stay away from this place it's not worth the price. Shabby service and Shabby furniture..
