Definitely one of my new favorite hotels to stay at while visiting San Diego. The location is perfect if you want to go to a baseball game or just want to hang out in downtown. The lobby bar is really nice and has the best customer service and the rooftop bar has great views! The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel should get rid of the carpets and put wood floors. Our room had a few stains. Overall the hôtel is average but location is nice. Staff is very nice too

At 4 o’clock my room was not ready they did not apologize wanted me to sit in a chair that needs to be thrown away and then they put me in a room that had black mold peeling wallpaper and wet carpet. The front desk manager claimed to be the general manager as well as a young girl sitting at the concierge desk. so along with a wet moldy room I have people impersonating general managers and not handling the situation. I was given no apology . Nothing but a blank stare from the front desk manager when I stated we were in a room that smelled like mold had black mold and wet carpet. I asked her why she didn’t apologize and she claimed that they would look into the room. I had to ask for an incident report And the floor manager contacted me not the general manager. Horrible staff horrible property my advice stay somewhere else !
