Great stay!

The service at the hotel was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great, within walking distance of Petco Park, restaurants, the dock, everything. The only issue, which was addressed quickly, was the neighbors decided to BLAST their music at midnight. The walls were thin enough that it seemed like the music was in our room, we could hear everything. The front desk sent the security guard up and the music was turned down.

I absolutely loved the property, the only downside was lack of ability to call front desk when things are needed in room ie.. toilet paper etc. Also the outside parking is minimal and The parking at Hotel is too expensive !

The property was great only down fall is there no parking . We did have some issues when we were checking in But was handled . We did end up staying another night We had a pretty good time and we will go back soon

Okay for views and privacy

It was good, super comfy bed and overall nice only thing is I saw the floors weren’t as clean as I expected. Saw some water marks like they weren’t even mopped before my arrival.

Although the property was modern, there was no room service, no staff to ask for more coffee or towels. I had to use the valet parking which was a rip off. I do not recommend this hotel.
