This stay was horrible. Room was not ready upon arrival even after I requested it . The lady was very very slow. I had to call several times. Room wasn’t available so we were waiting . Said no Bonvoy privileges cause expedia booking??? Room dirty.

Decent hotel for the night. Nothing fancy about the hotel or the rooms, but for the price on a random Sunday for a staycation it was nice. I found it funny the breakfast buffet was upwards of $25 dollars which is insane.. otherwise, hotel was fine.

Check in was advertised as 3pm. We were in town to attend an event. We tried to check in after 530 and were told a room would not be available for another hour because a large group checked out at 5. So basically we paid for that group to have our room? The check-in staff offered no solution or compensation for the major inconvenience. Lame.

I could not check in to my room until after 8 pm!!! I waited from 3:30 to 6 and I finally had to leave to get to a dinner reservation. There was a football team staying there that got a late check out and that backed up the rest of the guests trying to check in. By 6 pm after waiting for 2.5 hours I finally left to at least get to the planned dinner. No shower!!!! I came back at 8:30 and finally was able to get into a room. This was very stressful and completely unnecessary. I would not stay here again
