We didn't actually stay. After dealing with a canyon fire the whole day, we were looking forward to a smokeless night. However, when we arrived we were greeted with one employee slowly checking in about 10-15 people before us. We quickly lost patience and made other plans. Since we didn't stay, all my ratings are based on your lack of staff.

Victor was our receptionist and was very helpful and professional, he was courteous and very respectful, I appreciate everything he did for us and service was excellent, I will be recommending this hotel and speak very highly of it, we were very satisfied, 5 stars plus.
