This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't believe the beautiful property. Looking out at all the yachts and boats and water... The three pools! The staff were incredibly friendly and everyone went above and beyond. The food at the restaurants was incredible. We would go back for sure. Highly recommend.

This place is a little tacky
My husband and I did a weekend getaway for one night so we can go to the zoo. Everything was average. The only concern I have was a push pin tack was on the carpet and my husband almost stepped on it.

Breakfast Room service comes in a brown paper takeout bag with plastic cup plastic cartons, and plastic knife and fork. Not what is expected or indeed enjoyable for a Sheraton hotel and carrying a hefty price of $38. A lot of the staff could not fully understand English either. I will not stay there again
