The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. This is a unique and quirky hotel. So glad we found Hotel Z!

Hotel was nice, fees were high. Area was sketchy, no parking, didn’t feeling safe walking to the hotel with our son after parking the car. Saw human poop on the ground outside on the way to the hotel.

Room smelled strong of animal urine, check in process was unprofessional & awkward, forced to wait outside in the cold upon arrival, website stated dog fee was waved for month of Feb but did not honor

Room for 2 was small for one person. The bed was comfortable but too large for the room, taking up too much space. The bathroom needed more table space for toilet trades and the sinks need to be deeper to prevent frequent splash back from running water
