BUG IN ROOM
I stayed in room 132 this past weekend, I’ve stayed here before and never had this issue so it’s weird. But anyway. It was late so I didn’t inquire abt it but when I got in my room Saturday night from being out, there was a bug idk if it was a cricket or what on the floor next to bed and I killed it. Should really look into getting a bug inspection and deep cleaning done.

My rating reflects the price, good value. I'd stay again. It's next to the freeway thus you can hear the noise but it had no negative effect when sleeping. I liked the pool, layout, near the airport, staff in the lobby were nice, helpful, friendly, convenience store, restaurant choices

Pros- Nice soft beds, quiet rooms. Cons- Wrong room given, even though I asked front desk to confirm the handicapped accessible room during check-in. At least They gave me the correct room the next day. The standard room had a terrible leak in the bathtub. The night desk person wasn’t very worried about it. But other than that, had a great stay and staff was nice.

Great deal!
Room was clean and bed was comfortable, customer service was polite. The fridge and microwave come in handy. Really good especially considering the price. I would stay there again.

There was paint peeling off the wall, mold in the shower and the door didn't close all the way. In fact, a person came by with a flyer and put it right in our room because of the gap. We were told the room would be cleaned every other day. By the 3rd day it had not been. When my husband inquired at the desk they said we must have had our Do Not Disturb sign out. We didn't even have one of those.

Manager is never on site. The hotel is old and falling apart. On top of that they short staffed so no room service and no clean towels only pool towels that are smelly and thin. The only plus is the nice girls that work at the desk.

Towels were stained, toilet rusty, overall very old bathroom. Pool area was nice and fairly empty and had floaties, but constant loud music so couldn't read or work on anything out there. Front desk staff was friendly. The area is not the best, but that is the same with other nearby hotels. The restaurant in the parking lot had very good food and service, and the store was convenient with anything you need.
