The property was fine except for the parking garage which was extremely difficult to drive in and overpriced. We booked a king room w/ a balcony through expedia, so I called the day before to confirm this, and they confirmed that was the room we were getting. I also requested champagne and rose petals on the bed because it was Valentine's day weekend, and they said no because "the kitchen is closed." Anyways, we got into the room and it was the wrong beds, we went and asked to have it fixed to the correct room, and they switched it, but to a room without a balcony, which I found out when I got to the room, but that was already difficult enough given our circumstances at the time, so I didn't say anything to the staff after that.
The staff was very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself overbooks their rooms, which was evident by the amount of people crowding the lobby when we got there. Very poor management especially for a large chain that has no reason to be using business practices to scrape every dollar they can.
