The location has great potential. Daniel at the front desk is one of the worst customer service representatives I have encountered. When checking into the hotel, we advised we had did not park / no car. We also ordered a room with 1 king size bed for me and my partner for our Valentine’s Day trip. When we went to the room, there were two full sized beds. I went down and spoke to Daniel again, and advised that we ordered a room with a king sized bed and requested a room similar to the one ordered. He would not book us another room and instead blatantly lied and said he “upgraded” our room to 2 “queen beds” because we “look like nice people”. They were not queen beds. Despite his insult to our intelligence, we decided to leave it alone and not let it ruin our weekend. Now we have checked out and we’re charged for parking, when we didn’t even have a car there! Daniel is going to cause this business a lawsuit. Hoping to resolve this amicably with the hotel.

The property was fine except for the parking garage which was extremely difficult to drive in and overpriced. We booked a king room w/ a balcony through expedia, so I called the day before to confirm this, and they confirmed that was the room we were getting. I also requested champagne and rose petals on the bed because it was Valentine's day weekend, and they said no because "the kitchen is closed." Anyways, we got into the room and it was the wrong beds, we went and asked to have it fixed to the correct room, and they switched it, but to a room without a balcony, which I found out when I got to the room, but that was already difficult enough given our circumstances at the time, so I didn't say anything to the staff after that. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself overbooks their rooms, which was evident by the amount of people crowding the lobby when we got there. Very poor management especially for a large chain that has no reason to be using business practices to scrape every dollar they can.

Nice property close to Downtown little Italy. It’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled and seems to be done right. Only complaint was it pet friendly, which gauging by the locals you have to be. But, trying to take a nap while the neighbors dog is yapping is quite aggravating.

My only semi negative thing to say is that the restraunt and bar was closed due to remodeling but that's life and the crews I did see working on the were very polite and professional I would highly recommend this spot regardless of improvements being made and would stay again regardless of their improvements situation and can't wait till they are done to go check it out and stay again!

Apparently the room with the King size bed that I booked was not available. The staff at the hotel said this was Expedia overselling the rooms as they were all not available. I asked if there was another option for a 1 queen/King size bed and it wasn’t. So me and my Girlfriend ended up in a 2 Full size bed room. The parking is horrible as you have to drive in and out of the parking structure through the most narrow area possible. Depending on what floor of the parking lot you park at you may have to go through that narrow space TWICE! I do not recommend and Expedia will no longer have my business after this.
