From the complementary shuttle pick up, to seamless check in, to the quiet, comfortable room it was an amazing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Centrally located for short walks to the pier, the gas lamp district, or little Italy. Great amenities. Would stay there again!

The hotel can use a little updating, it's nice and situated close to the Pier and Gaslamp district. The staff was nice. The service wasn't bad but could be better, a couple times on our trip it was lacking. The social hour definitely needs some work to be an actual social hour rather than guests just coming for a snack and wine and not actually socializing. The restaurant could use a face lift as well. Not bad
