Loved the hotel, did not love the area. I think the valet service being set up inside the hotel with a small area to even park in front of the hotel is a bit odd.

Pro: Beautiful property, great service. Reasonable prices for the location. Con: make sure to ask to not be placed in a room on the side of the train. The train runs constantly every few minutes and rings the train bells. There are maybe 5 hours at night where you don’t hear the train but starts up early around 6 am. We had another room on opposite side and they had no issues with the train noise.

My Daughter & I stayed her for 1 night. It was Amazing, the Hotel was Beautiful inside. Very Clean and Decorated very Nice for the Holiday's. Customer Service at the Valet was Excellent, very professional and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick, Very Friendly and Professional. Beds were VERY Comfortable and we had a room on the 10th Floor with an Awesome View. Near Alot of Restaurants & other places walking distance. Will DEFINITELY stay here again and Recommend this Hotel.

Easy transportation to airport. Also has several public transportation lines nearby. Very clean room, luxury feel, good service. We got free lemonade to replace the free wine. Had formal breakfast and lunch. Both very good. Also stored our luggage free for a whole day. Highly recommended.
