I checked in and was given a room that was all the way in the back corner in their further building on the third floor in the corner. When I arrived I felt a little uneasy and saw that the deadbolt lock was jammed and didn’t work. I felt unsafe and decided to check the key card lock. To my surprise, the key card lock didn’t work either and anyone can barge right into the room. That made me terrified and I asked for a room change. The staff was nice about changing my room and the new one had working locks but I still felt uneasy through the entire night there.

I would give 5 stars but I felt that charging $20 a night for parking is a bit much. I stayed three nights . Also no complimentary breakfast.

It was really noisy considering panera bread is right there, too. They were loading and unloading at 5AM so if you're a light sleeper, stay is going to be terrible. Also, if you're on ground floor, it's worse because you just hear people constantly running upstairs and people standing and conversing right outside the room. There is zero soundproofing, so the stay was quite terrible unfortunately.

I was very disappointed when I found out the pool was closed I wished someone could’ve let me know I had reached out to someone to see if I can get a discount or something and no one responded to be back that why was the reason why I booked this room I was also very disappointed that my mother who’s in a wheelchair had no accommodations for her. It was so difficult for her to go into her room because cars were blocking the space for her to go into the room I called on the day of my reservation and the very unfriendly person said that they didn’t have any rooms for “disabled people “

Everything was excellent: comfortable beds, soft and crispy white linens, perfect towels in quality and number. Easy to find parking, walkable distance to restaurants and shopping. Attentive staff, quiet location. The only thing missing for us was a light breakfast to make this an even more wonderful stay.

I’d avoid this “hotel” by all means, we’ve had the worst customer service we have ever come across by their front desk agent Sandy. She immediately was disrespectful, cutting us off, and treated us like CRAP. I have read similar reviews on this person and I am shocked as to how she still has a job, such a poorly mannered person. The pictures of Expedia are not what they make it out to be, this place is more like a motel more than anything. Rooms were clean but I would never ever come back to this place.

It was fine until it wasn’t. No hot water, no WiFi, no pool, kids running around at 3am banging on doors, they make you pay for parking and honestly it doesn’t make sense. I think the only reason they have it is so when you complain they can comp that. It’s a KOA campground basically. Water pressure and showers are sad, pay a little more and save yourself the trouble.
