I was not happy with the $10/bottle charge for water in the room. I was told there was a price tag on the top of the bottle, but I didn't see it. The elevators were very scarey to ride. Didn't know if I would make it to the 14th floor.

Nice and convenient. Getting a little frayed around the edges. Not keeping up with building maintenance. Rugs not flat. elevator floor needs repair. Front desk software out of date and slow. Room clean and comfy. Staff very helpful and nice.

The view from our room was beautiful but that was the only good thing! Very noisy at night especially when guests let their room door slam! The hotel needs a remodel, everything is old. The bathroom needs a bigger vanity and more lighting. The parking is completely inadequate! There were not enough parking spaces and the ones they had were too narrow. We could not get out of the car without struggling because of the cars next to us. Not going to stay there in the future!

Very clean and very accommodating. Amazing museums within decent walking distance. We had some time before our flight after check out and they stashed our luggage. The only issues we had was almost getting tricked into a time share by someone whos tag said he worked as a concierge. He pitched it as something similar to a time share, but do your research. It was a time share.

I didn’t like the smell of an old room like grandpa house, also the bathtub was leaking, body soap was empty, and the free Wi-Fi useless unless you pay extra for regular speed. Also the extra $45 parking fees per day are net helping. I don’t think to come back there.
