Very comfortable for our last night of a great trip. Great bed and shower. Staff was pleasant. Loved the bay view! We saw planes landing and taking off. And a flock of pelicans flew by! We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast.

Comfortable bay view room
Pleasant, quiet,well ventilated sunny room with view of planes taking off and landing over the bay. The ice machine was out of order and the cable TV service failed briefly, so I would give only 4 stars for condition of property...but otherwise a very comfortable stay. Very easy drive from airport!

Staff were excellent, friendly , welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, coffee and tea available all day and night. Room was spot on with a bay view. Only one downside was the shuttle bus to the airport stops between 11.30-15.00, we were flying at 17.45 so had to grab an Uber to the airport

The staff was great and helpful. They have storage for the luggage since our flight was later in the day. Unfortunately, their shuttle wasnt available from 12 to 3pm, which made us have to uber.

The shower in my room wasn't working. The front staff, came to checked it, and I asked the Manager to reached out to me, haven't heard anything back from her. I ended up using a shower in another room, which thinking about it now, could really put me in danger. I wasn't thinking when I took the key from the staff as I needed to get to the airport and catch the shuttle bus. The overall facility was good, but not having a working shower and having to used a shower in a different room was more than an inconvenient but also a safety issue.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good and safe. There is a trail for running or walking. It is next to the bay and nice view at sunrise. Breakfast is good and adequate. Near town Milbrae where there are lots of Asian eateries. Heard that a couple were returning customers for many times. We will definitely book this hotel again next time going to San Francisco for family events.

We loved our time! Very convenient, easy access to & from the airport. At worst, a 30 minute walk to the Bart/CalTrain station. Quiet. Had a great breakfast every day.

Great place to stay! I had an overnight layover and chose to stay here. I liked the walking path along the ocean and enjoyed an ocean view from my room. Breakfast was more than cereal and toast so I actually felt full after eating. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean!
