I called the hotel twice to inquire about the shuttle and what was required to take the shuttle. They told me I didn't require a reservation and never once was a shuttle schedule mentioned. When I arrived at SFO, I walked to the hotel shuttle area and was standing outside around 11:45 AM. At 11:50 AM, I called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle. The front desk attendant said the shuttle would arrive at 11:52 AM. I waited for 30 additional minutes and the shuttle never arrived, while I saw other hotels come by shuttle waiting area multiple times. One driver even suggested I take a shuttle to the Mariott and walk over to Bay Landing because I had been waiting so long. I called the hotel back and finally connected after 10 attempts and they told me the next shuttle wouldn't arrive until 3 PM. I didn't want to wait at the airport for 3 more hours, so I had to take a $35 Uber to the hotel, and they did not offer to reimburse me or provide any remedies. When I arrived, I asked for the manager multiple times, and they were never anywhere to be found. Then on the way home, the shuttle was 10 minutes late for hotel pickup to the airport. In addition, the hotel was clean but clearly dated. I also didn't receive any of the additional amenities that I was entitled too based on my Expedia booking. I would NOT recommend and won't be staying in the future.

It is right on the bay, great view from room. There is a walkway, bike way that goes along the bay just behind the parking lot. The pathway is a great place to watch planes take off and land at SFO.

I have been using this hotel for 6 years for traveling out of sfo. When you made a reservation you got up to 10 days parking. Not anymore plus the hotel is $100 more a night than nearby hotels. The clerk at the desk was very unhelpful in this situation. Just kept repeating its been this way for the last year since shes started here. Well the last time we were here was a year ago. Nothing on expedia was different. But their policy has changed. Requires a call in reservation to get a park and fly room at $330 a night?! Well this will definitely be our last night here. So sad loved this place.

Property was fine with good breakfast. Staff was friendly but couldn't seem to follow requests. We requested towel change day at checkin and each day has to request our towels be change. On the last gave us 5 sets of towels...didnt appreciate that behavior.

beautiful and very cool view decent enough room needs clearer instructions on the temperature control device needs instructions for how to turn the shower on (had to call front office) a little low on the electrical outlets the morning breakfast is decent but is a notch below most i've been to with a hot breakfast i would definitely return to this hotel. the view, the overall feel of the place, ease of parking, decent enough internet. was very happy.
