Very comfortable and great service

Lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. Excellent service with a great shuttle bus that will take you to and from the airport to either catch your flight or catch the train into the city.

The staff at the front desk, especially one of the managers, was very helpful in resolving a booking issue I had. The property is a great location near airport. I felt safe and had ample parking right outside the building.

I requested room service no one showed up I had to reuse dirty towels throughout my stay and I went at the front desk to let the them know that there was a leak in the bathroom again no one showed up I was very disappointed at the service that I got at this facility

Although the property hasn’t been updated in a while, it’s in an excellent location to SFO, the free shuttle is easy and convenient, the property is very clean, beautiful view of the bay, and amazingly quiet. Breakfast was better than most and 24 hour coffee was perfect. Next time I’m commuting through SFO I’ll stay here.

The hotel was clean but in need of TLC and updating. The decor in our room was like being back in my grandparents living room when I was a child. Really nothing to do near the hotel other than a pretty walk by the bay and only three restaurants in walking distance and they were all Asian food. The shuttle was a great feature and on time, breakfast was good and front desk was helpful.
