Limpieza pésima, la atencion del unico empleado que vimos envtoda la estancia fue excelente, sobretodo muy cooperativo y dispuesto a ayudar, el area centrica pero muy ruidosa, no lo recomiendo para familias con niños ni personas mayores, para mi cumplio hasta cierto punto mis expectativas, pero en los 4 dias de estacia nafie vino a limpiar ni cambiar la habitacion, la limpieza es horrible, la habitación se veia sucia desde que llegamos...

It was different but easy to manage having no key just codes to open doors . I stayed for 4 nights and texted and called regards getting some fresh towels and never got them I would have given this proberty a better review but being brushed over by the person who picked up the phone over some towels was not necessarily and the fact there took the towel I left outside my room but never brought fresh one staying for 4 nights I dont think I ask for much.

I arrived at the "lobby" to find no one on duty. There were numbers and WhatsApp and txt options to reach someone, but no one answered. I spend 30 minutes trying to contact anyone who knows what the heck kind of flop house this is. Eventually customer service called me and informed me that their booking system is down and they did not have any available rooms. It was for the best. If who I saw dragging their life's possessions through the lobby was any indication of the neighbors I would have to endure, I dodged a bullet, indeed.

The mattress was torn up, filthy ,stained. Sheets were stained. Someone’s slippers were in the closet. The floor was dirty with sticky substance. We requested a refund and were left trying to find a room in San Francisco after 8:00 pm. Not a favorable experience. When we contacted the host we were told they had no idea the mattress was in this condition and the reason we were given this room was another guest unexpectedly extended there stay and the lesser room was all that was available. If your a host I would expect you to know the condition of the room your hosting.

Beware – This Hotel is a Scam! As a long-time premium member of Expedia, I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and I’ve never felt compelled to write a complaint until now. This hotel is, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I want to warn anyone considering staying here – don’t do it! The reviews on Google are completely fake and clearly paid for. This place has no staff, no coordination, and absolutely no sense of customer service. It’s a complete scam! Save yourself the headache, and look elsewhere. I can’t believe this hotel is even listed on reputable sites like Expedia. It’s an utter disgrace.
