Beware – This Hotel is a Scam! As a long-time premium member of Expedia, I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and I’ve never felt compelled to write a complaint until now. This hotel is, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I want to warn anyone considering staying here – don’t do it! The reviews on Google are completely fake and clearly paid for. This place has no staff, no coordination, and absolutely no sense of customer service. It’s a complete scam! Save yourself the headache, and look elsewhere. I can’t believe this hotel is even listed on reputable sites like Expedia. It’s an utter disgrace.

Walden and his crew are just terrific. No matter what the issue, directions, towels, advice regarding food - I cannot say enough good things about Walden and his staff. They will make your stay a good one. This was my second stay, and it was exceptional.

This is not the property to book last minute as you are getting on a plane. You have to be able to communicate with the booking agent because there is no front desk personnel. Everything is done with a code. The room did not block out the excessive noise of the surrounding area and I noticed as I was leaving that there was a large basket of earplugs. Definitely needed! The room was clean but the property overall was dated. The neighborhood was not very clean or inviting and aside from the address on the building, it wasn’t obvious that it was a hotel. The bed and linens were otherwise clean and comfortable.

There was an intoxicated man yelling, screaming, chanting, and stomping in room 301 from 1:00am until about 3:30am. It was happening right above my room. It was very scary I didn’t know what was going on so I called the customer service and the nice gentleman working there did go upstairs and tell him to be quiet. Which the man did. But if you had heard the sounds he was making it was horrifying. I was scared to give the operator my room number because I felt they would somehow tell the man “oh the lady in room 201 reported you’re making a lot of noise.” The operator was more persistent on getting my room number rather than finding out where the man was. I explicitly told them the sound was coming from the third floor. It was very scary, felt operator was insensitive in that moment.

llamé para avisar que mi vuelo se retrasaba y que el check in iba a ser a las 22:30 hs y me dice "tenemos una gotera en el techo, así que te tenemos que cancelar la reserva", si no llamaba para avisar lo del late check in, nos quedábamos en dos días homeless en SFO a las 22:30 pm. Claramente lo de la gotera es una mentira, porque ahora me pongo a leer las reseñas y parece que tienen la costumbre de cancelar a último momento. Un desastre de atención! el señor que me atendió muy grosero. Por surte llamé y por suerte habíamos hecho la reserva a través de hoteles.com quienes rápidamente nos reubicaron en un hotel muchísimo mejor. Ojo! no se confíen en este hotel ni en la gente que trabaja en él. Gracias hoteles.com!!

Endroit situé dans un quartier où il y a beaucoup d’itinérants, le chauffeur de taxi ne voulait même pas nous y laisser. Les chambres ne sont pas dutout représentatives sur les photos, on entend tous les bruits de l’extérieur jusqu’à l’interconnexion dans les autobus qui annonce les prochaines satations, les corridors sales et sentent l’urine. Nous avons du changer d’hôtel et payer des frais supplémentaires! Je dois maintenant me battre pour un remboursement!
