Overall great stay in union square

Stayed in the city for the weekend, we were at the end of the hall and it was surprisingly quiet. It did get warm in the room during the day but there is an additional small fan in the room so it was okay. Parking is not bad for SF it is pricey ($39 per night valet w in and out privileges) It also a plus that the hotel is close to a lot of food and bar, cable car is right outside. Would definitely stay again

The property was perfect for our 4 nights stay, the location was very convenient from the airport to everywhere in the city. It’s in Union square and the area around is very safe and has all the required amenities at a walking distance. Grab a Muni pass and go anywhere from here while the cable car regularly goes across. And you can get BART from the airport to Walking distance of the airport! The rooms are just the perfect size for the price and the requirement. The washroom is clean and has a lot of amenities. The Room service ensured our room was clean with fresh towels everyday. The hotel had coffee and a drinking water refill station, and the Walgreens beside it ensures whatever else you may need. Everything about the hotel ticked the box for me and I’ll recommend them 100% in the future, and look to stay again if I’m in San Francisco again!

We've stayed before at the Chancellor and really like this hotel. The service is excellent and the staff very helpful. I tore a ligament and needed a wheelchair and they provided it, they were attentive about any need for extra pillows or assistance, etc. I will be staying here whenever we travel to San Francisco.
