Everything was great, but this was my first time trying citizenM breakfast and, and tbh I don’t think it’s worth it. They offer a decent amount of fruits / pastries / yogurts in addition to the main breakfast items (mostly breakfast sandwiches), but I thought the main breakfast items themselves were not that good. I don’t think the $22 / day price is justified unless you have kids maybe AND you know for certain you’ll use the breakfast every day of the stay. Also I wish the breakfast was selectable per-day instead of across the entire stay. That’s why the amenities category is slightly below all the others. Staff, cleanliness, area were all amazing.

This is a unique concept in hoteliering. A room controlled almost wholly with a smart device - in this case…an iPad…a seamless check in experience without a lot of human interaction

Small impeccably appointed room in hotel with great and expansive work spaces. Only downside is no restaurants/grocery within walking distance (but an amazing estuary is). Uber is easy and quick.

Lovely and friendly staff. Very clean and tech features that add to your comfort. Great food and common areas. Rooms are small but fine for 1-2 people. Reminds me of boutique hotels in Europe. Loved it!

We enjoyed the outdoor patio very much. We also rate highly their excelent staff. But, it was isolated from the center of Palo Alto and the University. There are no places of interest within walking distance.
