This was so perfectly centralized for all the major sites to visit in SF. 1.5 miles from oracle park, 1.5 miles from fisherman’s wharf, quarter mile to the SF Ferry building & market place, half a mile from China town. Both the BART and muni stations are barely a block away. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get a true SF experience.

This is a fantastic property near the Ferry Building. Can't beat the location, safe neighborhood and walking distance to points of interest. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. Love the lobby area with a variety of free coffees and teas. The guest services and free fill up water station on each floor is so thoughtful! There is a terrace and work out room, too! I felt safe and secure here due to security at the door and elevators that only function with a room key. The room I stayed in was small but that is the norm for many big cities and I felt perfectly comfortable staying here. Slept well, too! Thanks for a wonderful landing pad for a weekend get away!

Very safe Financial district. No homeless to speak of. Very close to Ferry Building for food and coffee, and BART access is 8 min walk. Always felt safe. Very comfortable beds and luxurious pillows.

The bedding area had a bit of a musty funk smell around it. Opened windows, smell lingered. Outside noise can still be heard since its a DT area. Couldnt get the mobile cast feature to work on the Samsung TV… Some Positives: Relatively clean Bathroom + Lots of USB charge ports and outlets, including their Smart clock. Just enough room for a solo traveler. Close to Chinatown and their great restaurants and shops. Attentive and courteous staff. 12pm checkout! May consider stay again in future hopefully the few negatives was a 1 off.
