Super convenient location, and the parking was great, which is not always the case in SF. Friendly and helpful staff. We found everything clean, and even had towels replaced for the second night without asking for them.

The room was spacious, the room was clean, the bathroom wasnt thoroughly clean, needed to be a bit tidy up due to hair on the sink and floor. The staff was kind and very pleasant. Parking was free and so was breakfast

A fairly new an clean Hotel in an older neighborhood. Considering the vicinity of San Francisco you get a fairly good deal for its star rating. Caltrain is within walking distance and takes you to SF in 20 Minutes for 3.75$

The downside in staying in this hotel is the aircraft noise taking off from the airport. There is no soundproof installation in the roofing and within walls of the building. I have stayed hotels within the proximity of the airport and this is my first time to experience that you can literally feel the noise of the airplane right above your body while you laid on bed. So, my advise is to bring earplugs to at least help reduce the noise but not guarantee to get good night rest. The good point is the cleanliness of the room and building though the full housekeeping of our room was only done once during our 4-night stay.

Confortable and convenient from airport and with many amenities nearby, nice breakfast. we came in at 1am and service was great, bottled water was hard to find at midnight after coming in off a long flight.

I stayed for a short time in the hotel, but it is wonderful in convenience to the airport and also no fees for self parking. The previous night I had stayed at a different hotel which charged me $48 just to park my car overnight. The person at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything that I needed. Next time I would definitely stay here if I need to be close to the airport, especially in catching an early flight.

I booked my stay a month in advance and they said a crib would be available for me. When I arrived, they said all cribs were taken. I had 90min before my son’s bedtime and he has never slept outside of a crib before. I ended up buying one second hand at the absolute last minute so my son had somewhere to sleep. After I had already spent $90 and he had fallen asleep, they called the room (!!!!) to say they had a crib available. Luckily they did not wake him up. Also when I took apart one of the beds to get a sheet to use for the crib, I found a used and bloody band aid. Breakfast was worthwhile but there’s a ton of airplane noise. But most of all they are simply not a reliable choice for families. We will not return.

Had a great stay here! Receptionist is super nice and helpful. Got tips of where to go visit and how to travel to SF. The free breakfast is also really nice, although the room is a bit tiny.

The staff we encountered were friendly and was able to accomodate us from arriving earlier than the check-in time. The shuttle to and from the airport and the parking at the hotel are convenient and nice features. It is walking distance to places to eat at and was also near a BART station. I thought the planes flying to and from the airport would make it difficult to sleep but it wasn't an issue. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety options. It was ultimately an enjoyable stay and do recommend staying here.
