The daytime desk agent was fantastic but the person who checked me in as well as the two night staff people were rude to borderline rude. I loved this location and our water view room with a patio but despite reserving and paying for it, I had to ask to be moved to it after being sent to a room at check-in with a parking lot view. I also found it extremely odd that there was no information, anywhere in the room. There was no map of the property (just the exits in case of fire, on the door), no mention of when the tiny cafe area would open downstairs for breakfast, there was no coffee service available except the two cups in my room with the coffee maker (until the cafe opened and charged absurd prices). There was no information regarding what can and can't be recycled but there were two tiny (one trash, one recycling) receptacles in the room without liners, for the entire room (nothing in bathroom). The only information I was given was on the key card that showed the WiFi network. I found the laundry room on the first floor, $3 for wash, $3 for dry and detergent, $2.30. 1 washer/1 dryer. The trail outside the property and the lovely fenced courtyard were huge pluses for me and my service dog. Over all I would stay here again but I was a bit stunned at how miserly the property is. The housekeepers were super sweet and again, the front desk young man was exceptional. The airport free shuttle was MUCH appreciated and free WiFi (unsecured).
