Early for check in but they stored the luggage until later in the afternoon. Asked for a courtyard facing room but was not able to accommodate. May have been an issue if it was more than a one night stay (night traffic and early morning street cleaning) . Walkable to pier 39 area. Was able to walk (about 20-25 min) to pier for the cruise.

As soon as we got there, they were very helpful and helping us find a parking staff. There was very amazing. Robert helped us. He was amazing. The rooms were clean. We even got there early and they let us in our room The only thing is we had to check out a day early, my husband was not feeling well so we had to check out early and go home 😣

The hotel is walkable to Fisherman's Wharf. So there are a lot of dining and shopping options available around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big TVs in the rooms. Due to the location of the hotel to the wharf, there are a lot of loud cars and cars playing loud music that constantly are driving by at all hours. That is not the hotel's fault, but it doesn't make it the quietest location. Daily cleaning service was offered when we checked in, however, we did not receive it. They seemed to come every other day instead. Which is fine, but then don't offer it daily. Definitely would recommend overall though.

We arrived at 3:00 to check-inn. Since it was too early to have the room, we asked if they can store ou luggage and if we can have the car parked. They agree but the guy in charge of the valet parking arrive 15 min later. We asked to go to the bathroom but they said that because we did not have the key yet, they had only one bathroom but it was occupied. When we arrived later to have our rooms, they said they were not available because of a computer problem and we had to go to another hotel.
