Mostly good nice stay

Room lighting was terrible very hard to see both in the room and in the bathroom otherwise Property was nice. It was convenient to the airport. Another question is you should tell the guest that the shuttle has three other stops after hotel 1550 so they can plan their timing to get through security at the airport and to their gate it was a little tight for us because we didn’t know that otherwise perfect for the San Francisco night before flight stay

It seems like a smaller boutique hotel like this is able to give you better service, at least that was my experience. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Property is in need of updating. It has quite a bit of damage. First night parking was free but hoped to have two more nights free since im doing a really quick round trip to the East Coast, but had to pay for the two additional nights.

Good stay close to airport

Convenient to the airport, simple room but has all the necessities needed for a night’s stay. Bed comfortable, shower hot and good towels. Quiet room. Good breakfast, free shuttle to the airport.

Free parking misunderstanding

Shocking to learn that "free parking " does not mean you can park and fly. Hotel charged $18 per day for leaving the car while we were on our trip. Otherwise it was an acceptable hotel.

Cannot recommend this run down terrible hotel. Choose another hotel for SFO stay overs especially. Airport shuttle runs only 1 time per hour, the breakfast is sad, rooms are run down. Staff are friendly.

Ok comfortable stay

I chose to stay here since due to hotel site stated since im silver level with vip access room includes 1 bottle of wine & 1 bottle of sparkling. Reception at check-in shrugged her shoulders and gave me 2 100ml white wine cups. I said thats not 2 bottles. Again, just shrugged her shoulders. Also I usually book a ADA room, since they are the only rooms with handheld shower, unless it is a luxury hotel. Great water pressure, best shower in a long time. Carpet could use a better vacuuming.

Only issue was the remote didn't work but honestly the receptionist came right up immediately and told us the sensor was blocked and behind the RV it was a little wire but it worked once we moved it. . Our room was very big compared to the new York hotels we usually get. Good wate free parking. Free breakfast. A bunch of snacks at the front desk. Comes with free wine. People had their dogsm it was great it was a perfect r hotel honestly everyone was nice and there's a store down the block the safe way

Hotel was clean. It is close to the airport. A few spots were available for parking our rental car, so everything we needed for our flight out the next day worked out. Plenty of reasonable restaurants within walking distance as well. Convenient and clean.
