There was no airport shuttle service even though the hotel was right next to the airport. Today, it cost over $20 each way from SFO to the hotel check-in counter, which was an unexpected expense. Rooms are arranged in a motel style, with doors opening directly to the outdoors. The hallway was would have been better for safety reasons. The room smells musty. I'm not sure why the rating of this hotel is so high...

The reason why I booked this hotel is because of the airport shuttle, reasonable price and a high rating. There is NO airport shuttle. We waited for more than 45 minutes at the airport so I called the hotel and was surprised to know that there is NO shuttle since 4 years ago. Definitely false advertising. Second, there is no one to help us with our luggages, there are no carts available in the premises. Third, water temperature in the shower is so hard to adjust. This hotel is definitely not for international travelers.

Rooms are old and dingey. Old fashion plumbing, hard to control hot and cold water in shower. Place hasn’t been renovated since 1970s. Also noisy from neighboring rooms and constant trains.

Nice place to stay near the airport
We just stayed here for one night after an international flight and before grabbing our domestic flight home. We are a family of 6 and their family room worked amazing. It was two rooms and 4 beds. It was great! The breakfast was good too. It would be nice if they had an airport shuttle!
