The room was incredibly dated. The bathtub was patched up with a vinyl patch. The skylight was taped up with duct tape and collected condensation after on shower. It continued to drip on you all day. The room smelled like mold. This property went down hill dramatically. The beds are hard and the heaters sounded like a helicopter was in your room. I was highly disappointed.

Yes room was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing is that the toilet did not work properly and the furnace/ air conditioner did not work. We let the front desk know about it when we checked out. We were in and out of the room so we did not let them know beforehand otherwise they told me they would of taken care of it right away. We enjoyed the breakfast they provided. It was a great location. We liked the area and felt safe

Room was decent even tho the bathroom is a little small. The wifi is trash tho but the breakfast is good. All in all it was a good stay, would stay again if I were in the area.

The entire grounds smell like cat urine. Ferrel cats tripped the motion sensor at night. Bathroom was filthy. I got in at 2 am from a humanitarian mission over seas and had a large heavy bag that I couldn’t drag or carry. I had to leave my gear in the lobby because I couldn’t access a hotel cart or get assistance.I was put on the second floor. I got in at 0200 (because of the Aries in the Wast Coast)and had to leave the next morning at 0500. I did not have any options to find something else. Carpet was so filthy… I laid towels down so I could walk from the bathroom to the bed.. Spoke with Vivian about the predicament and she offered zero resolution. She didn’t return my calls and she wasn’t there when Hotels.com told me to call her directly This was after spending an hour with Hotels.com explaining my predicament. I never leave a bad review unless I have any other options. I feel like people do this all too often. I am a business owner and I get this. I’m sorry we could not come to a resolution . This place is disgusting.
