The room is very clean and exactly I was expecting and view outside my room is perfect.. I got the Lagoon view and I was enjoying it especially in the morning.Everybody is nice from the front desk to the housekeepers. The breakfast looks good too they have warm and cold breakfast and beverages.I am looking forward for my next stay there.

We had a great time! The indoor pool and included breakfast were a huge hit for us. The location was perfect, too. The biggest complaint was that the a/c worked in the living room side but not very well in the bedroom side.

Good location to airport, although planes are loud. Could have a lot of potential but the room was rundown and needs a major overhaul. The pool was disgusting. We even complained because of the amount of kids and rough activity going on. One girl even threw up on the side and tried to tell her parents but they ignored her. Hot tub limit 4 ppl, I counted 12. All kids. Cloudy. Would not go into pool. Buffet-ran out of milk and fruit. Nobody there to clean up tables. We had to clear tables just to get a seat due to over crowded.

We loved using this hotel to stay at the night before we needed to leave for the airport. The shuttle service was very convenient. The snacks and drinks in the evening were great and the breakfast in the morning was even better! The larger rooms with the small kitchen and living room area were nice so everyone had room to spread out a little bit. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time. The only little thing we were not happy with was the couch mattress. It was uncomfortable and they did not remove the dirty sheets from the previous visitors. We could not use it.

The location is convenient as it is close to the airport. However, maybe it was just our room, we had issues controlling the water volume and temperature of the shower. Due to the number of guests, it was not easy to get a table for breakfast. Also, $45 for overnight parking is a little steep.
