I always stay here when I visit the SF Peninsula after moving out of the bay. Very good value and quiet little Belmont. I wish they would put shampoo in the bathroom. Kinda odd! Also I was given a handicap shower (which I did not request or want) and it was more difficult to shower. Otherwise, Overall very good!

We had an extremely bad experience during our 3-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property were appalling. Over the course of just three nights, we saw three cockroaches in our room, which was unacceptable and deeply disturbing. The room itself was not cleaned properly at all. The floors were dirty, and it was clear that attention to basic hygiene was lacking. It made us feel incredibly uncomfortable during our stay. The breakfast was another major disappointment. It was poorly organized and offered very limited and unappetizing options. For the price we paid, we expected far better service and amenities. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, pests in the room, and subpar breakfast made it a truly unpleasant experience. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.
