Property was newly renovated and clean but the area around is noisy and not much dinning available nearby . Be prepared to hear the noise from upstairs .

It says bay and on fisherman’s warf… it’s definitely not even close to what they state.. you have to walk and take a 20mns bus from the warf to get to it.. but the rooms seem to be recently renovated so they are ok and clean.. did not feel safe though..

The Francisco Bay Inn is conveniently located near numerous San Francisco attractions. It’s also well maintained, has a friendly staff and provides free parking. My third floor room even had a view of part of the Golden Gate Bridge. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, pillows comfy. They let us check in early at no extra fee. Close to stop 14 of big bus. No bugs. Bring earplugs due to road noise.

Great location and well priced
The room was lovely and clean and the motel is in a great location for all the major sites. Having free coffee at reception was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I booked a one-night stay for family at this property. The room looked recently updated and had a nice bathroom. When we arrived to check in, we were told to wait ten minutes for the front desk person to return. When he did, he was rude and unwelcoming. No “Good evening” “Welcome” only “Credit card and driver’s license.” Also, we were on the third floor and the luggage cart does not fit in the elevator! I would not recommend this hotel for a multiple day stay.

The rooms were very clean/ smelt clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. And the location is good for the price. The only downside id say is that it is an older building so you can hear a lot of stuff that happens outside (footsteps/ cars)

Clean, no frills, updated, inn with great location
Perfect location, clean area. Older motel but completely redone. Comfy beds. Fridge, microwave, free parking. Walkable to Ghirardelli square. Bus stop just down the street. Amazing service; they let us check in early and gave us great advice about using public transportation. Very clean. Small, no frills room with huge bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!!
