Comfortable hotel in the Financial District. It is within walking distance of Union Square, major shopping areas, and parks. The hotel itself is not new, but well maintained and clean. Overall very good experience

Old but clean with okay service
This is an old property with tiny bathrooms but is very clean and in the heart of Downtown San Francisco. The concierge was the bell boy and the valet. They might have been understaffed at the time that we visited but we had a lot of luggage and I ended up lugging most of it myself. But i did see another customer being helped with a luggage cart so maybe it was just us. Overall it was okay but hard to digest as a 4-star property, compared to some others we stayed at in the same vicinity.
