Comfortable hotel
Nice hotel in a safe but not too exciting area. Good for business stay. Room was not massive but had all you need, including a sofa. Access to a big terrace for sit in the sun and they give gym passes for a gym around the corner. Some slips in service (initially no conditioner in my room, I had to ask for it & they ran out of gym passes and were a bit disorganised in getting a new batch) but minor stuff really. I'd stay there again.

Lovely stay
I adored this quaint hotel. It had the charm of an older property, but has been very nicely updated. The location was conveniently located to Union Square and Chinatown and the Ferry Building (all very walkable). Would love to make a return trip soon!

The staffs are so nice and courteous. We brought our dog with us, and the hotel got their own private terrace for dog to do their business which is awesome as there arent many parks close by.
