Overall, the hotel was good; however, I had two issues. First, stay away from room 502, unless the hotel compensates you. The vent in the bathroom is extremely noisy, even with the bathroom door closed. Also, the hotel needs to fix the curtains in room 215. The black out curtains do not work, so I had a bright ass & hot room waking up for three days,

Staff was wonderful. Perfect for a bunch of girls wanting to hang before and after a volleyball tournament. They let them have their fun. Rooms were comfy and area was perfect as it was next to a lot of restaurants and shopping

Good things: 1. Staff was great. Very friendly. 2. Room was clean, public areas were clean too. 3. Location was good, 30 minutes to SF or 20 min. To Palo Alto/Stanford other nice areas.
