We've stayed at this property before. We stayed in an accessible room and it was the same as the last time. It also had the same issue...the heater. It take at least 2 hours for the heat to go from 66 degrees to 72 degrees. And yes, I had someone come and take a look again. Also, I informed the front desk at check out and the lady in my had also mentioned she had the same issue for the heating. Something to think about Hampton Inn.

What no heat???

When we checked in the room had a BROKEN A/C & HEAT. we were given a PORTABLE HEATER TO PLUG IN....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. after two hours of absolutely freezing and being told they could not get us another room... a room was found...we have stayed there many times and NEVER had problem like that before...thank you whoever you were that found room for us. we are both in mid 70's. and no heat was unacceptable!!

The room was clean, spacious, and only an eight minute drive from the San Mateo Event Center. The issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity reaching my room. I was not able to use any of my mobile devices while in my room and did not receive text messages, calls, or notifications while my hotel room. Staff advised they were not able to change my room due to the hotel capacity.

The room is freezing because the air and heat are not working and wont be fixed until 2 days from now. They said there are no more rooms available and they are out of space heaters. All they are willing to offer is some extra blankets. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Decent stay with broken heater

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was freezing in our room. The heater in our room was out and we checked another room on the same floor and it was also out as well. They had to move us to another floor at 1030 pm.
