Wrong date booked, showed up Saturday for volleyball and room was for Sunday? Called Expedia who called front desk and I’m waiting on Hampton supervisor to approve refund. Honest mistake, lady at front desk had great customer service trying to help us, much appreciated. Would try again if got chance. Did not stay Sunday as we had to get back home. Hoping a refund will be considered. Thank you

I called for a baby crib or pack n play days before my stay to make sure it was available and the staff of course we will have items available. Once I checked in they stated they were out due to first come first serve. They should have told me that when I called so I could’ve bought my own or book somewhere else. The entire night I was worried for my child’s safety. Unable to have a restful night.

It was a very great stay. Our family spent 4 nights here, very clean and comfortable room, nice staff, great breakfast. Location is right off highway but not noisy in room and close to stores and restaurants which is great. Only disappointed was no swimming pool, I missed this info while booking, kids wanted swimming during evening while no other schedule. But they were happy sitting in the lobby watching TV with other kids.

What a great place central to all the little beautiful towns south of San Francisco and also not far at all from San Francisco's downtown. Nice and quiet area right near the freeway and close to some good Asian noodles and bakery. My family all loved the morning breakfast and the beautiful hotel.

Great value in a poor location
Very good experience. I checked in a bit early, I was a little surprised they were prepared to charge me to check in about an hour early. I worked in the hotel industry for years and never had an early check in fee! It was waived because I am a Hilton Honors member. Parking wasn't great. Room was quiet from outside noise. Great sized room. Closet was hidden and probably should have been in the wet bar area. Could have had both in the same area.

Disappointed with breakfast
The stay was fine- new hotel, comfortable room, but I was very disappointed with the breakfast. We went at 9, breakfast was until advertised to be til 10, but they ran out of many of the items and didn't have more to put out. I'm pretty surprised that a hotel of that supposed caliber doesn't anticipate their breakfast needs based on their projected counts, and leaves guests hungry when they are starting a long day.

Beautiful property. Immaculately clean, everything looked new and high quality. Comfy beds, luxury shower. Free breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. Room was a little smaller than expected but it wasn't a problem. Overall, one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend
