This is an older hotel but it is been renovated it was very close to the cable cars and the buses the room was a little bit small but it was still very clean the bed comfortable the pillows comfortable overall I would stay there again

Great location
We were in the old block which was a bit of a walk from reception. Our room overlooked the alley where there was late night activity from homeless. The rooms were big and comfortable.

Please put up more signage directing patrons to the parking garage around the swimming pool area. It is no it intuitive. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Than you.

Hidden fees,taxes, &parking will double your price
I give it a low rating because there's lots of hidden charges. Lots of hidden fees and taxes and the parking is $75 per day. All of the fees and parking ended up doubling the price. Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff was nice but we definitely feel bamboozled.

I really like this hotel. We have stayed here multiple times, BUT there is a strike happening across the street which they started chanting at 6am until 10pm. Our room was located right I front of the strike so we heard EVERYTHING. Hotel was booked so we weren’t able to switch rooms but they did give us a complimentary extra hour due to this inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and the rooms was clean. If it wasn’t for the loud horns and chanting right outside our room window, it would’ve been a perfect experience.

We had a superior room which was in a different building we had to walk through the pool area up 2 flights of stairs to get to our rooms . This was a nightmare as the case lift was broken and we had to drag heavy cases up stairs we are seniors and we’re not offered any help from reception staff to get to our rooms. Our bedroom was good and large but the air conditioning didn’t get very cold. Nice pool area but with the most uncomfortable pool beds ever, metal with no cushions I couldn’t lie on them so pool experience spoiled. Great location though.

The room was a decent size for our family of 4; the outdoor pool was great (and heated); and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel represented good value for money. The room and hotel itself was a bit tired overall. The location had plenty of diners nearby which was useful. But there's no escaping the fact that there are many homeless/people with drug problems in the surrounding streets. We experienced no real problems, and of course there is nothing the hotel can do about it, but we felt like we were always slightly on edge when we walked around.
