The bed in 628 is terrible. It sinks to the middle and creeks with every movement. Hotel is cute but they need new beds. The views were good.

Exceedingly clean room, and a tremendous cleaning staff. I was warmly greeted every time, from the moment I first entered the hotel. They treated my wife and I with respect and were proactive in meeting our needs. Janelle and the entire staff are tremendous and made our stay memorable, making our stay in San Francisco one of the highlights of our trip. The market is just across the street, and has a wide variety of specialty foods from which to choose. Not worrying about the details of your hotel stay allows you to focus on enjoying your environment. It was nice to have a little feel of home in our visit, to be well cared for and continually, warmly greeted. Lastly, the view from the penthouse room was fantastic. It can’t be understated. It was wonderful viewing the water in the morning and before sleeping. I recommend this stay to any visitor to San Francisco.

Valet is a joke

The hotel was cute, clean, simple. The issue we had was with the parking- I paid for valet parking and then they just let my car sit out front in the 15 min parking spot all night. Even more ridiculous is the nearly 20 minutes I waited for a valet person to retrieve my keys. I paid $80 for them to do nothing with my car.

You guys - I cannot say enough good things about this property and the staff! I had to do a little hotel hopping due to rates and availability (there was a big conference the week I visited). The helpfulness and attentiveness of the check-in staff was wonderful, all amenities were explained clearly, hotel was able to hold my luggage during my meetings, and had great suggestions for enjoying the city in the little time I had. Room was pleasantly bigger than I had expected and I LOVED the hotel soaps/shampoo/conditioners.

Myself and my wife have stayed at many different hotels in San Francisco. The stay at Harbor Court Hotel was made especially relaxing by the friendliness, courtesy and care offered by the hotel staff. Two of the staff provided truly outstanding service during our stay - Janelle at the checkin desk, and Luis Cortez the bellman. Staff like this really differentiate the enjoyment of stays like ours. A big thank you to both of them and all the other staff who made our stay so enjoyable and welcoming.

Perfect Location!

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal. Perfect to stroll to dinner and along the Embarcadero. Request Room 828 for a stunning view of the Bay Bridge. Carlos at the Front Desk was darling and very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had delicious coffee and treats. I will definitely return.

My son and chose this location as it was near Alcatraz. The staff are friendly and the location is minutes away from all the local tourist spots. We had an amazing time in San Francisco and we will definitely be staying there again when we return.

Staff was amazing. Always smiling and helpful. The continental breakfast with pastries and muffins was tasty! Very cool relaxing lobby to sit and talk with friends. Easily walkable to many areas. No need for a rental car with public transportation close by as well.
