The front of the hotel is nice and I must say Manny our concierge took great care of us. My low rate of this hotel is because the hotel is out dated. Once we exited the elevator we were met with painting supplies and paint buckets. (Seems like they were painting the other side of the floor). Our room smelled of paint the whole night, they couldn't do anything about it and was left with no answers. My family and I experienced headaches from the paint fumes all night. If it wasn't for our flight at 3 am we would have left and booked somewhere else. The worst experience. I'm a hilton honors member and I expected so much more.

Eh, just okay.
My first hotel room i was assigned to had a dirty bathroom counter top and an odd smell in the room. As we were starting to unpack, we smelled heavy cigarette smoke which was annoying as this is a non-smoking hotel. Called the frint desk and the representative immediately assigned us to a different room. The representative was pleasant and attentive when helping me. The second room's bathroom wasn't the cleanest but i didn’t want to make a big deal as i was already reassigned to a different room. When we checked out, the tall Asian gentleman at the front desk was rude and wasn't very friendly at all. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was really sweet. Definitely recommend it. This location is 6 minutes from the airport and the hotel offers a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Room service food was all disgusting. A waste of $70 for 2 people. My burger was burned, fries were unseasoned and nasty...chicken quesadilla was ewww. Yhat was our total with no drinks ordered. Headboard smelled and could use sanitizing.

Everyone at the property is always friendly and welcoming. Restaurant and bar onsite, very convenient. Had trouble getting hot water in the bathroom though. Perhaps because I was on the 9th floor?
