Tired rooms - notice how all of the photos are of the lobby and surrounding area. The chair in the room was uncomfortable and coming apart. Parking entry gate was broken. Reasonable enough place for a family trip.

I was just coming to stay in between flights and I had to come in early to check in. The front desk clerk was friendly, but a bit terse and told me that I had to sign up for Hilton honors or she would charge me an early check-in fee.

Hotel was very overpriced for how it looks and what it offers, the shuttle is offered every 20 minutes and it stops every 30-35 minutes, facilites are very old, and ugly as well the rooms extremely inconvenient and not as described In the photos or the description.

Everything and everyone was very nice EXCEPT FOR THE FRONT DESK STAFF ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. They seemed to act as if they were being bothered.

Fair for a one night stay

Hotel staff at reception was very courteous. The hotel needs updating. Rooms and lobby look old. Lighting in the room was very dim and at least 2 lamps were not working (bulbs)
