I had a really good stay, and the staff was excellent. My only Negative was that there Was no mini fridge in the room as advertised. Nor was there a microwave. I was very disappointed to not have a fridge. The restaurant was EXTREMELY expensive For my budget, But if I ordered in, I had nowhere to store leftovers or The groceries that I bought. I tried to be creative with the ice bucket, but it did not allow me to store more than one yogourt In the ice bucket! Otherwise, all was good, and I found that SFO Hilton was much better quality than the SFO Marriott Where I stayed when I arrived.

There was mold in the shower in bathroom, quite a lot of hair on toilet and all over shower, location was great, shuttle driver was quite rude and mean, 1 of them, there were multiple ones, front desk was accommodating, did not feel very family friendly, had to pay for breakfast, free shuttle was convenient and useful, beds were super comfy, half channels didn't come in on TV, it was pretty annoying that I could not plug anything in in the bathroom the cords just kept falling out because the bathroom outlet was loose and not working, did not have free coffee in the lobby, but did give you coffee in your room, I requested to be on the highest floor way before we got there for our reservation and out of 15 floors they put us on the 7th floor, the pool was ice cold and it's supposed to be heated and it said that there was a whirlpool and there's no hot tub or whirlpool, the water pressure in the shower also was not good. I felt like this was not a Hilton and did not live up to the Hilton brand and the amount of money that I paid for the value of the room.

I booked here 2 nights from road trip to Disney land. I want to visit Sản Francisco and Napa so this strategically ideal for our family. Check in was easy. Parking was close to the lobby both nights. Room was big and decent. Booked through Expedia thinking it has fridge and microwave turn out it wa NOT. The arm chair has stains and dirty. No daily room service. I will not stay here again.
