Convenient location(right in Union square near restaurants, clothes shops, and the BART station). Comfy rooms and they have a nice deli for getting breakfast and snacks.

When I was booking this hotel, it was noted that breakfast is included, but when we got there first day we had breakfast and they brought us a bill, when we told them breakfast is included they said no and it was false advertisement from Expedia. They credited us for that day, but it really was disappointing.

The room was nice, but two ladies at the front desk/concierge were incredibly rude. Not helpful at all. Felt like they just wanted people out. Will never stay here again.

Lighting in the room is dim. Shower water pressure could be much better. Hallway noise came through the door. Ok for $220 a night. I tried calling housekeeping, but no answer. No one answered when I called the hotel directly.
