Great location!
Water was pooling in the sink and the shower. Other than that, the stay was good. Breakfast was excellent with options for everyone in the family. Great location within walking distance to lots of attractions.

There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. They had to come clean it when I arrived. I am glad they did that but I wish it been clean when I arrive. The breakfast buffet was nice but again there was some hair by the milk dispenser. The maids might need to wear hairnets. Finally, someone entered my room and moved my toothbrush even though I had the “No Maid Service” sign out. The hotel denied it but someone moved my toothbrush and it wasn’t me. There were also issues by the pool. They compensated me by removing the resort fee. Resort fee? I didn’t even know there was a resort fee. There was nothing about this place that was resort like. It didn’t even have a restaurant! I won’t return to this hotel.

Nice hotel in great location. We were able to walk to all of the area around fisherman’s wharf. We even had a reasonably good free breakfast. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and cosy environment. Staff is very polite. All enquiries and requests are promptly answered. The home-like breakfast is an excellent start to a day! The hotel's convenient location to food and sightseeing is highly recommendable to first timers to San Francisco, and at a reasonable cost too.
