Hotel is great! I have always stayed at Holiday Inn Hotels, closer to the airport was so convenient! Facilities are clean, parking is always available, smells super clean! Downside are only two little things. One is my room was on the side of a noisy area pallet service place! Working around the clock. Not the hotels problem of course, I totally understand! Second problem was the keys to the facilities. Somehow the keys would not always work. I stayed in the 3rd floor, so everytime my key wouldnt open the room I had to go back down to the main floor for them to reprogram the key. It happened almost every day! Maybe invest in the locks a bit more or the program used for the keys? :) Overall, my 10 days there were awesome! Would definitely stay again!

Hated this hotel. Out of all our hotels booked on Expedia this was the worst. Awful beds. Not enough staff to help out in the lobby when long lines of people trying to check in. Son's bed added to the room was extremely thin he could feel the bars under the mattress. None of us got a good sleep at this hotel. It felt very uncomfortable. We booked this hotel twice during the start and end of our trip to Japan to have a place to stay as a layover. We hated this hotel so bad we canceled our second reservation for on our way back home. I do not recommend this place.
