Booked a room for a single night. Upon checking in, added an additional night to our stay. Front desk told me that was fine and that I didn’t even have to change rooms. Next day, different story. No rooms that would accommodate my son and I. I stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year and this will be my last. My money spends elsewhere.

The property is fine, but it was extremely understaffed. There was only staff to manage the breakfast area so there was no way she could keep up with the food, supplies, and cleanliness, even though she worked very hard. During our three day stay, no one came to clean the room. We did NOT place the “do not disturb” sign on the door. At night, when we came back to the hotel, we had to go to the receptionist to ask for clean towels and bathroom tissue.

Stains everywhere - on the tattered blinds, carpets and walls beside the toilet. Clearly they don't clean. Floors are uneven, towels have stains. I checked out a day early and went to another hotel.

In The room they had for me, the shower didn’t drain well at all, the tv wasn’t working properly, and the worst thing was that I had noticed ants in the shower but worse than that… there were bugs in my BED not sure what kind but I thought I had felt them on my head and when I got up I looked under my pillow to see them scattering, they said they were probably Ants not sure what they were but didn’t look like ants! Very disappointed

My dad is going through chemo. We asked for extra accommodations surrounding cleanliness. We had to stay near by in case we needed to transport to hospital. Hotel was clean, private, and surprisingly quiet despite a slew of middle school/highschool soccer payers in town. Breakfast was varied and Also very clean and hygienic We had.to get a Safeway delivery through Instacart, but it’s very nearby Good local eats. Patio was nice and warm.
