Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is clean, good bathroom, comfortable and great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was great and Reception staff very welcoming. The maintenance man who attended to a small issue with the air con in our room fixed the problem immediately and was very good. The breakfast staff also very professional. It really makes a difference to your stay when the staff go that extra mile to help you. I would definitely stay here again if I was in San Francisco.

This hotel was clean, quiet and very close to transportation. While visiting the city for my first time, i was able to walk or hop on transit to get around. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were standard nothing special. The main problem we had was the mini fridge did not work. They replaced it and it still did not work. It is located in a closed cabinet that has no air flow. On a side note the roof top pool is nice in the morning

I paid for parking, but there was no mention of a height limitation for the Hotel Parking of 5'10" so even though I paid for parking I was not able to park at the Hotel and had to pay for parking at a nearby parking facility for an additional $70.00

What is a great experience clean any concerns we had the staff and security doth with it right away. The only thing we had issues with were people trying to see if our doors were unlocked multiple times and security deal with that right away.

Homeless around the area and lots of dog waste on the streets. Hotel isn’t responsible and it’s a SF problem. Overall good hotel and service, minus one for no air flow to reduce steam inside the bathroom when showering. Also, hotel clerk forgot to return my DL when checking in.
