The only positive is the location to Fishermans Wharf. No room service avaible when you just want to eat and rest in your room. The guests in the rooms next door and across hall came in drunk and loud like clockwork at 2 AM each night. Notified front desk but didnt change anything. The walls are so thin it was was like they were in the room with us. Requested room change but was informed no rooms available similar to what was paid for in adavance. Parking cost us 300 for 2 night stay w 70 of that being a city " location fee" on top of the 75 per night charge. We vist Cali multiple times per year from Monterrey to Yosemite and this worst we have ever been nickle and dimed for for so many fees. I completely understand why tourism is at an all time low.

Great property, room can use an upgrade

Great property but the rooms are a bit dates. Very underwhelming. The property itself was beautiful but coming in and getting room 115 on thr corner with see thru blinds was a bit weird. Perhaps there are better looking rooms but this was not my experience. We checked out early due to this.
