DARK ROOMS AND NO LAUNDRY

While the staff were super nice... the room that we stayed in was terrible. No lighting - we felt like we were in a disco and could not see to even pack up in the morning. Also - this hotel DOES NOT have guest laundry even though it states that it does.

Not impressed to the room it’s so dark inside the room it was lacked of lightning. Room so small this is my second time to stay in double tree. The first one is in Nebraska not impressed too, then I gave a try in South San Francisco still not impressed. They need to improve the lightning inside the room. Too dark!
