This property was very convenient for traveling to and from San Francisco Airport. The entire hotel smelled of smoke which was a turn off, however the front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed was realtively firm and the pillows were feather pillows, neither of which we enjoy which made it difficult to sleep. I'm not including those in my rating but thought people should know in case that makes a difference when selecting a hotel.

Outdated room, it says different in description when I looked up the hotel it says newly renovated but it’s not. We asked for a late check out and was given only 30 mins. We told them we have hilton honors with 183K points but couldn’t book it from Asia so we ended up booking through Expedia because we couldn’t access Hilton. We asked if theres smart tv in the room and the front desk said no, when we said that’s not good for a newly renovated hotel the front desk clerk answered” you can put that in your complaint “. So disappointed with this place, for a Hilton it’s run poorly.

The hotel didn’t have amenities and the WiFi was down. The lobby was nice, the carpet in the hallways were a bit run down, but the room was newly renovated, clean and modern. The shower was large. They offer a shuttle to the airport while is nice. The biggest thing is the WiFi was down, and when I booked I thought I booked the other location which qas near by so this location didn’t have spa, Hottub and pool.
