Hotel had no hot water both days I was there. I’d go to take a shower and the water would not get hot. Also kitchen had no extra garbage bags and dirty dishes were inside dishwasher. Good thing I couldn’t shower because the body wash inside was bone dry empty. Wont stay here again

Remote did not work in the bedroom. Sofa bed was dirty and stained. Dishes left in the dishwasher. And the worst part was the pool. Its onlt 3.5 ft deep and when we went to go swimming in the morning at 9am the door wouldnt open. The sign on the wall says 9am until 10pm. Front desk says we havent been opening until 10am. Wow. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

It was okay. Check in was smooth and parking is only $15/night. The room itself and the common areas need a revamp. The shower tile was stained, walls scuffed, only 3 dull pillows were provided, and the a/c was only able to get to 67°F. Free breakfast was a plus. The walking areas near the water and easy access to SF are why I stayed here.

This is our go to for staying around the bay area, especially when we go to the cow palace. Only complaint I have is we didn't have any shampoo or conditioner.
