It's newly renovated. Staff are nice. If you're ok with hearing the airplanes. It's the convenience of being close to the airport. The shuttle is great for morning drop off. Evening pick up if you're arriving before 11:00. Breakfast is not available at the hotel. But there are many selections nearby.

Staff was not very accommodating. When asked to remove the dirty towels that were in our room upon arrival we were asked to “just put them in a corner”. We also then had asked for new towels and were told we had to wait till the next day. Inside the room door handles, hooks, and the security latch was broken. The TV remote didn’t work and we were also not helped with that issue. Housekeeping didn’t take our trash as well. Overall very disappointed with this stay.

The clock radio was broken, but the room had several USB ports and a wireless phone charger. There was an elevator to the top floors that made bringing up luggage easy. The rooms were modern. The area around the hotel is industrial and not very pretty, but is very convenient for visiting the beach, the City, or flying in/out of SFO. The price was excellent.

Property was fine, room was big. I was honestly just disgusted at how many stains and hair there was on the towels. The blanket also had some mysterious marks. It ruined the experience for me.
