We stayed at Hotel Aura for one night with our family of four (two adults, preteen son, and 8-year-old). Check-in was smooth at 5 pm, but our experience quickly turned sour.
Upon entering room 207, we discovered the bathroom door lock wasn't working. We informed reception, and the staff member confirmed the issue. However, the manager's response was shocking: "You're a family, you can manage." No effort was made to change our room or fix the lock.
This was extremely inconvenient, especially with young children. The bathroom door would sometimes get stuck, requiring assistance from outside to open. The worst experience was at midnight when I got stuck inside and had to bang on the door to wake my husband for help.
