The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and housekeeping kept our room in perfect shape each morning. The front desk helped us print out our boarding passes, and recommended several excellent restaurants.

We’ve stayed here many times (love the location, pool, ambiance, convenience). The pros outweigh the cons, but I do have some complaints: 1- Fees and more fees! Parking is $$$$, resort fee seems overboard, $100 pet fee is high, and $25 to rent a fridge in your room?! 2- Lack of in-room amenities: no fridge, no coffee maker, no microwave, no robes. Few pillows and towels, and no extra blanket. 3- While the pool are a is very nice, the pool was not heated although it is advertised that it is. 4- Bar and Grab-n-Go Cafe is sparse and only open a few hours early morning and evening. Outside of minimal hours, no food, drinks, or sundries are available. I don’t consider Caza a budget hotel, there are several less expensive options in the area. But the amenities are scarce and I doubt I will stay again because of this. I just don’t feel taken care of despite it being a welcoming environment. Once you get it the room, it’s a disappointment.

I found my stay at the Hotel Caza to be mediocre. Only some of the front desk staff was helpful, the maids did not clean everyday, and bathroom had chipped flooring in the shower.

Not as advertised. Had hardly any view let alone a window. The pool was freezing and room was directly above the dumpster area where my family was woken up at 5am every day. Also AC unit sounded like a dinosaur and there was only TWO luggage carts for the entire property. No coffee or tea in the room.

The hotel was outstanding value and convenient to everything in Fisherman’s Wharf. Unfortunately there was a murder just outside the property that made it a bit frightening while we were there.

Great Spot near so much; Fisherman's Wharf, Trolley Car's, Bus Tour's, Pier 39, Pier 33. Was there 5 days; didn't have to rent car; just did Uber to and from airport, otherwise didn't need a vehicle. Wish Hotel Caza offered complimentary coffee all night long. Evenings are chilly and would of been a nice offering to their guests. Also, My room was not ready at 4PM on my first night; so they gave me a room on a lower floor which was disappointing cuz I requested top floor back in Februray and confirmed 2 times.
