Very nice location between Ghirardelli and Pier 39. Close to cable car station with a secure underground parking. On a nice day, we hop on the cable car to go places, but on a rainy day, we drove out our car to Lombard, Sausalito and other places. Best of both world.

The hotel had walking distance access to dining and the waterfront. There is a nice little bar on the ground floor. There is access to candy and limited snacks on the premises.It would be better to have some hot food ( burgers,wings,fries etc.) The overall experience was good and I would stay there again!

Excellent stay with family. Overall the hotel management is very thoughtful in how they have designed the stay. Games area in lobby, and milk and Oreo cookies at night were welcome. Great location close to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square, as well as Muni bus and cable car. And rental bikes (and helmets) available to cycle to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Great rooms, spacious, the beds are super comfortable. Parking is a bummer but understanding parking situation there makes sense why they charge. We will recommend this hotel to any of our friends. We loved that everything was in walking distance.

We absolutely loved this hotel! From the friendly service of the staff to the small unique touches like a milk and cookie hour at the front desk for all hotel guests. There was so much to do at the hotel with not just the swimming pool but a whole game area for guests to use. They also had a nice breakfast and snack area as well to grab a quick bite to eat. It was close to transportation and they assisted us in getting to the right area. Also if you are staying there ask for Aia at the front desk, she was fantastic and have us so many great recommendations food around the area.
