Lovely and stylish place. Big rooms with a view. 2 min walk from public transport. Also cafes and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the in-room coffee/tea machine, and the small breakfast served daily. Sufficient internet connection. They also offer a pool and a small gym across the street, but I haven’t used those during my stay.

This property is a 10/10 would stay here again and again. Staff is very friendly and attentive to issues and will fix the problem quickly. Very cleanly and up to date and wasn’t loud from others. Beds and sheets are amazingly soft, parking is easy. All around a great hotel to stay at. Even when staff was short staffed (also when a lot of people came in at one time) they were amazing with customers service and were friendly to my children even had conversations with them as well.

Staff at the front desk were kind. However, it seemed like the bathroom in my room was somehow missed and it was not cleaned. Upon check in, I noticed the bathtub was not properly cleaned as there was hair, a red dye, and what appeared to be dust. Staff was unable to accommodate me to another room but they did send someone up to clean the bathtub after I requested it.

Value for money. Clean room and Friendly Staff. The only downside is there are many homeless/drunk people around the property, so it’s unsafe to go out at night.

The hotel staff are welcoming and the most friendliest bunch of individuals I’ve encountered during our stay in the city. They were extremely generous and accommodating to our needs and made our experience at Hotel Fiona enjoyable to fullest extent. The hotel location is definitely sketchy and filled with a ton of homeless people around each and every block, but the hotel service makes up for the inconvenience.

Just Okay

I stayed for 3 nights. While the room itself was nice, the building and elevators are very outdated. The breakfast is not really a breakfast, just a handful of baked goods and coffee. The area is not ideal, the pictures are a bit misleading. You can't walk anywhere, at least not feeling safe. Doors are loud and so are guests which made it hard to sleep at night. I would not stay here again.
