Great location with good pricing
Check in was very quick and easy. The lobby is cute and the location is right next to market street, about a 3 min walk to BART. The room itself was a little dated and did have a stale air smell. The AC was old but worked well. The TV was small for the room. I was just staying one night for a friends birthday celebration in the city so the size of the room wasn’t too important to me but if I were needing to stay longer it would not have been an ideal room. I would still stay here again for another small trip.

Liked the location of the property. Close to the Bart station and other forms of public transportation. Hotel itself is dated. We prepaid and were put in a room where the toilet kept clogging. The safe in the room didn't work. We arrived pretty late and went to bed. The very next day the toilet clogged and when we complained we were told to use the facilities in the lobby and that it would be fixed the during the day. We were out most of the next day and when we returned the problem had not been fixed. Our entire stay we had to use the facilities in the lobby. It was a horrible experience. The staff were nice enough and it appeared they were familiar with the issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was disappointed that a room type was not available that I had booked. There was a convention but by booking way ahead it was disappointing to know that the convention took precedence. While they booked many rooms it's beyond me that I was made to be considered less than.

Three of us travelled for a 5 night stay in SF. The Hotel Fusion served our purpose very well. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone just taking public transport while here. The hotel is very close to the BART, cable cars and Muni stops. The area is also very walkable to get to any shopping, restaurants, etc. The hotel itself is nice, but nothing super special. The lobby and main area appear to have had a renovation recently. It is very nice. The rooms themselves were fine, but could use an update fairly soon. We had an issue with water pressure in the shower, but it was resolved the next day once I mentioned something to the staff. We had an “inside” room, so we never heard any noise from the street. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but that would be our only real concern/issue. Staff were all excellent and very polite and helpful. There were a few homeless folks in the area, but they didn’t bother us while walking past. We felt very safe walking around. Overall the Hotel Fusion worked well for us and we are pleased that we stayed there.

Amazing location. Room and furnitures are old, but it is super clean and dust free. Even the floor is vacuumed well and dusted. Bed is comfortable as well. Staffs are pretty welcoming.
