The hotel and restaurant were both good. The area is very sketchy. Although you’re in the mist of very high end stores, the worker strikes and homelessness is very prevalent.

Great location. The Tenderloin district to the west is a little challenging due to homeless population but no one was dangerous as far as I experienced (however I am a man); this is not the hotel's fault.

Property was excellent and staff very accommodating. Restaurant food was amazing. Spa was a nice convenience. The area around the hotel (past the Hilton in to the tenderloin district) was not safe, just 1-2 blocks on the wrong direction. We didn’t go out at night because of it.

It was a nice time in San Francisco. There was plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Even walking at night felt fine.
