Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
There's a parking structure right next to the hotel which is convenient. The hotel room itself was nice and pretty clean. The way the bathroom door was set up was a little weird to navigate as it opened towards the inside. Overall, it was a nice experience.
Nice hotel, great staff, however the surrounding areas of the hotel are not great,
Room was a little small for 3 of us, but for a city break it was okay
The only thing that could have been better was in room coffee. You could go down to the lobby for coffee at 6am but if you wake up earlier than that, which I do, you have to wait.

Liked: Cleanliness
There were a lot of homeless in the area, which made my wife uneasy about going out. Also there is no onsite parking or laundry as stated in there ad
the hotel was nice for the price i paid for but the 2 double beds were little small for 3 guys lol but the staffs were great i liked the little converstations we had going in and out of the hotel :)
hotel was clean and no complains
no EV charging availble at the parking garage next to the hotel but there's one down the block so use that one if you have EV
and tbh.. the breakfast at the jasper's? was no good i would eat somewhere else for the price
I was not forewarned about the homeless population in the Mission District of San Francisco. The surrounding area is like a mini-Skid Row. I’ve never seen any thing like it with my own eyes. The hotel itself was nearly flawless. But the groups of homeless people outside made me stay in the hotel room rather than explore the city. Gotta be honest, I probably wouldn’t have booked if I knew of the surrounding area.
Architecturally lovely hotel with great staff. Super comfortable bed, quiet room, plenty of towels! The area the hotel is in is pretty sketchy but I knew that in advance. I didn’t have any trouble with people on the street but I definitely waited inside for my transportation.
The hotel itself was absolutely fine but just not in the best of areas which obviously isn't the hotels fault. Room was slightly on the smaller size although my parents who were also travelling with us had a much larger room next to the lift. We were given a voucher towards breakfast and probably wouldn't have had breakfast in the hotel without it, cheaper places to eat near by. Overall the hotel was fine for our 3 nights and we managed to get parked in the parking garage next door. It is just the area that lets this hotel down, it is within easy walking to Union Square and even down to the Pier.
Very convenient location, lots of public transportation near by. The Hotel was nice. Although, there were a few things that need to be repaired like one of the locks on the window, the marble on the furniture was stained, pump for soap was broken just small things. No breakfast but there are great options nearby. Outside the hotel was surrounded by the aforementioned unhoused people but that us the reality of the city, but I never felt in danger.
i got the job done, the rooms are well designed and cute. other than room decor, it’s kinda dingy with a small and lack amenities. overall i needed somewhere safe and clean to stay that was close to where i was going. nothing wrong with this place just “average”. the staff was nice enough and it was in walking distance from everything.
All staff are exceptionally nice. Especially Jon. He was amazing and he knows how to connect to people and make then feel at ease. Whatever you need, just call the front desk and the staff are more than happy to help. Everything about this hotel is fantastic.
The stay it self was good. I was charged an extra charge of the equal amount of my stay a few hours after checking in and when I asked the front desk about it they said oh it was a mistake but I have still not gotten my money back from their mistake yet.
Great hotel! No free breakfast but not a deal breaker. The valet parking isn’t cheap/ but not awful either and they are right around the corner from the front door and so very friendly! Love the city!! The area around the hotel definitely has some unsavory things BUT you see that in any city and no one was rude or threatening by any means. The little convenience store across the street was super handy. Definitely would stay here again!
Sound carries a lot, and there are drug needles on the roof next to the 2nd floor. There was one just a foot or two away from my window. However, front desk staff was really great, and lobby/hotel rooms have elegant decor. Would be nice of they put a desk in all their rooms. There was also some dust on some of the furniture/bathroom, and the drain clogged quickly.
