It was in a perfect location to explore San Francisco. There are many food options and transportation. The room was clean, and the staff was respectful.

Overall it is a good place for the price. Staff don’t do much and there aren’t any extra services. It looks like they are building a restaurant off the main level. We asked but the front desk person seemed uninterested. The front desk area is kind of messy behind the desk area. The rooms do not have AC unless you upgrade which we did. The rooms themselves are tiny. Expect small. I could go on for a while about the room set up but if anyone from management bothers reading the review, where is the storage? There is literally not a single drawer or shelf in the entire room. You basically have three tiny hooks and a tiny shelf above the hooks would normally be for setting your hat or small items that is maybe 6 inches deep and about 3 feet wide to hold your clothes. There is a large useless mirror (since there is one right beside it) where there should be a wardrobe or shelving. The night stand is just a table so no storage there unless you want to stack your clothes beside you on your night table. Yes, it is small, however whoever designed it did not think about storage at all. It is severely lacking. Even just a basic nightstand with some drawers would go a long ways. The room also doesn’t seem to have ventilation other than if you open the windows which led to quite a musky smell. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Overall, I know I sound critical, I would MAYBE stay again solely for the price and location. Overall it’s clean and in a good spot.

Ideal location right beside Union Square. The city bus tours (recommended) start at the corner. We paid for 1 day of the bus tour and sidewalk salesman gave us 2 days. Stratford fyi cream told us we didn’t pay for housekeeping. Told him I didn’t know we had to pay for housekeeping. On check we found out housekeeping IS INCLUDED. So 4 days we didn’t have room cleaned. Otherwise no complaints.

don't get me wrong it's a place to sleep, I was supposed to stay for three days first night there were about 4 homeless guys hangout up front. The next night we had asked the front desk agent if they can hold onto our luggage one check out due to a late flight and they stated they did not provide that service which is inconvenient. they do not provide an Iron in the room, no ice, and no microwave. I left my reservation and heading to another property.

Not something I typically look to make sure a hotel room has… AC. If you need it, they do have rooms available with AC, just have to make sure you ask! Rooms are small but honestly you’re doing so much site seeing, no big deal. Nothing onsite for drinks, etc.

Property was nice. Great location in the city. Walkable distance to the trolly. Room was a bit small but overall nice. Only down side was the first night we didn’t have a remote for the tv and then we finally got one the power and volume button didn’t work that we had to unplug the tv.
